We wanted to build the firm we'd have wanted for our own businesses.
StebeX Accounting GmbH isn't a classic tax firm — and doesn't want to be one. We handle the operational layer: order, systems, the running day-to-day. For actual tax work we cooperate with a fixed set of partner firms. The split is honest, the hand-off is clean.

Before we make recommendations, we sort the foundation. Advice on a chaotic base is just guessing better.

We'd rather deliver less, cleanly, than more, half-baked. One monthly report you actually read is worth more than three you ignore.

Processes give structure, but they don't replace a human. You get one fixed contact who actually knows your business.

If we're not the right fit, we say so. If a plan is unwise, we say that too. Politely, but honestly.
