This notice explains how StebeX Accounting GmbH processes personal data when you visit this website or send us an intro-call request. The full German version is legally binding — in case of conflict it prevails.

Data we process on this website

• Server log data (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and stability. Deleted after 14 days.
• Contact-form entries (name, email, company, situation, message) only for handling your request.
• No third-party marketing cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted Plausible instance. Plausible aggregates page views without cookies and without collecting personal data.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contact requests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for server logs and Plausible.

Retention

Contact-form data is kept for 90 days if no engagement follows, then deleted. If an engagement starts, we hand data over to the ongoing client record.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and receive your data, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informations­freiheit).
